1. Oiltek Sdn Bhd

WSB acquired Oiltek Sdn. Berhad which is a 28 years old established company. Oiltek has served the edible oil processing industry in Southeast Asia, and beyond, since 1981. Oiltek’s flexible approach in accommodating various needs in differing markets and environments has resulted in Oiltek’s success throughout the world. Plants designed by Oiltek are hard at work today in Asia, Central America and Africa.

2. WS Bioengineering Sdn Bhd

WS Bioengineering Sdn Bhd is a wholly-owned subsidiary and a strategic extension of our Group’s capabilities to serve our clients better in Malaysia and Indonesia.

3. HWH Global Pte Ltd

HWH Global Pte Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of WS Bioengineering Pte Ltd and an associate company of HWH Inc. Working with the WSB Group, we are able to structure and organize project financing solutions for its clients. Together with WSB, we are a ‘one-stop’ shop; where prospective clients may secure a total value-added solution including engineering hardware, technical software and financial solutions. We maintain strong working relations with several banks including; KENANGA Investment Bank, ABN AMRO, UBS AG, RABOBANK, CREDIT SUISSE and PICTET & CIE.
